Find what changed, in three steps.
Who issues what
Tariff and non-tariff notifications, circulars and instructions from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs. These change duty rates, procedures, valuations (tariff values) and filing systems like SCMTR.
Notifications amend import and export policy (ITC-HS), public notices amend the Handbook of Procedures, and trade notices explain procedures and systems. Circulars clarify specific cases.
Each custom house and ICD issues public notices on local procedures: examination, manifests, holds, timings and system changes. They matter for the port or ICD you clear at.
Our summaries help you spot what matters quickly. Only the official document is authoritative, and dates can be extended or changed by later notices.
