What is the difference between active and passive packaging?+
Active containers have their own powered cooling or heating. Passive boxes use insulation and coolants to hold a temperature range for a set number of hours.
What is a temperature excursion?+
Any time the product goes outside its required range. We plan routing, packaging and handover times to avoid them, and loggers record them if they happen.
Do I need a licence to import medicines into India?+
Yes. Most medicines need CDSCO registration and an import licence. We check the requirements for your product before shipping.
