Phones out of Mumbai.
Tonight.
We're Mumbai airport's #1 customs broker for mobile phone exports. One team takes the shipping bill, the lithium battery paperwork, the IMEI lists and the airline handover, and works backwards from your flight's cut-off.
$29.4bn of handsets. Zero room for error.
India exported about $29.4 billion of smartphones in FY26 and $9.84 billion in April to June 2026 alone. Every one of those flights is dangerous goods paperwork, high-value security and a hard cut-off rolled into one shipment.
Cell Phones. Made in India. Sold Across the Globe.
Phones leave Mumbai and Delhi for four trading hubs, and each hub re-ships to its own region. We know the paperwork and timing each one expects.
Planned backwards from the flight.
Times are illustrative. Our desk works 24×7, so late documents and after-midnight cargo are normal for us.
Everything an export of phones needs.
Ask for the checklist our desk works from. It's free, and it's the page exporters save.

Can phones fly on passenger aircraft?+
Phones with batteries installed (UN3481, PI 967) are generally accepted on passenger and cargo aircraft within the quantity limits. Airline-specific restrictions apply, and we check them at booking.
What is the 30% state-of-charge rule?+
From 1 January 2026, lithium-ion batteries packed with equipment (PI 966) must ship at no more than 30% charge. For batteries installed in the device (PI 967) it is currently a recommendation. Your factory sets the charge, and we make sure the paperwork matches.
How late can we hand over for a same-night flight?+
We work 24×7, and documents or cargo arriving after midnight are routine for us. The real limit is the airline’s acceptance cut-off for your flight. Tell us the flight and we’ll work backwards from it.
Do you handle phones from factories outside Maharashtra?+
Yes. We handle phones from factories in every corner of India and ship them through all the major airports: Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai.
Can you split one consignment across several flights?+
Yes. One consignment can be split across several flights, with the paperwork matched to each part so every lot clears and flies on its own.
