Do you work with WCA or other network members?+
We work with independent forwarders worldwide, inside and outside networks. Many partnerships go back decades.
How do you settle accounts with agents?+
We agree the arrangement upfront, usually a monthly statement of profit share or handling fees, with every invoice and receipt available.
Can you handle FCL and LCL arrivals?+
Yes, both, at the main container ports, ICDs and airports.
Can you also handle the customs clearance?+
Yes. Unlike a plain DO agent, we hold our own customs licence, so the consignee can clear with us too.
