Smooth sailing
for India's trade.
Customs brokerage, ocean, air and project freight, plus the specialist work few others take on: bonded re-exports to third countries and round-the-clock mobile phone exports from Mumbai. A family business since 1968.
How many containers? Where does every carton go?
Our 3D container load planner answers both in under a minute. Upload your packing list and it picks the best mix of 20′, 40′ and 40′ HC, then shows you how to load it, row by row.

Customs is our engine. Freight runs on it.
Most forwarders hand clearance to someone else. We hold the licence ourselves, so classification, duty and permissions are settled before your cargo sails, not argued over after it lands.
Customs brokerage →Every way cargo enters and leaves India.
Eighteen solutions, one desk, one licence. Because we clear what we carry, nothing falls between a forwarder and a broker.
Mumbai airport's #1 customs broker for mobile phone exports.
India shipped about $29.4 billion of smartphones in FY26, and the flights out don't wait. Our 24×7 desk inside Sahar Air Cargo handles the battery paperwork, IMEI lists and airline handover, so your phones make tonight's flight.
Handled by YAM at Mumbai airport, FY 2025-26: 2.4 million+ handsets · 807 tonnes of phones · 1,076 tonnes of air cargo in all
Mobile export desk →Buy anywhere. Hold in India. Sell anywhere. Pay no Indian duty.
Import into a customs-bonded warehouse or FTWZ, store or repack, then re-export to a buyer in another country without paying Indian import duty. Few forwarders run this end to end. It's one of our specialities.
India ⇄ Latin America
Most Indian forwarders look to the Gulf. We look further. Our director studied and worked in Brazil at Fundação Getulio Vargas, so we know how trade really moves through Santos, Rio, Buenos Aires and Georgetown.

The places changed. The promise never did.
The family group began in 1962 as Pacific Travels, in a small office on Mall Road, Kanpur, with a belief that a person's word should always mean something. In 1968 we went into shipping, and we've been moving India's trade ever since. Today we're a licensed customs broker (R-7/92, lifetime validity) with desks in Delhi, Mumbai and Mundra, and some of our clients have been with us for generations.
“For us, every shipment is important. Every relationship is priceless.”
